As an Independent Consultant, I have been offering my consulting services to multiple organisations, including healthcare start-ups. My key performance areas include leading clients into digital health and wellness management software, expediting patient engagement and support programs, taking charge of project lifecycles to capture market share on behalf of organisations, recording and maintaining the outcomes of counselling for human behaviour, and implementing multi-disease as well as multi-market strategies to boost revenue. In addition, I have been undertaking (health) needs assessment and program design for patients. That includes enlightening patients on disease, pathophysiology, risk factors, lifestyle management, medication therapy management, soft skills, clinical behaviour science to enable patient segmentation; engendering a positive attitude in patients, customising training schedules; allocating cases to counsellors, laying down SOPs; facilitating mock calls for counsellors; auditing random calls; one-to-one coaching; monitoring patients’ feedback; and improving the process basedon the feedback. Besides that, I am in charge of developing patient interaction tools, assessing and ameliorating quality and program outcomes, collaborating with the marketing team, validating strategies with pilot testing of minimum viable products, putting effort into marketing through social media platforms, providing input to app development, maintaining nutrition databases, and streamlining clinical as well as wellness software platforms. So far, I have demonstrated my expertise in diabetes, nutrition apps, cardiovascular disease, cancer and multiple sclerosis.
