Isabella Nunes de Souza

I am a registered nutritionist with over one year of clinical experience and five months of experience in my own private practice. I have a background in scientific research on energy expenditure and am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Sports Nutrition and Obesity at the University of São Paulo (USP). My approach is based on seeing each patient as a whole, seeking to understand not only where they are and why they want to achieve their goals, but also the experiences, motivations, and behaviors that have brought them to this point. I believe in providing individualized, evidence-based, and humanized care.
