Hello, my name is Kashish Rizwi. I am a qualified Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh. I have around three years of professional experience in clinical nutrition, therapeutic diet planning, patient counselling, and weight management. I began my career at Fortis Escorts Hospital, New Delhi, where I gained experience in clinical nutrition and patient care. Later, I worked with Medanta Hospital in collaboration with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, focusing on gut health and IBS management. I also worked with Fitelo in weight management and most recently with Vestige as a Health Trainer and Senior Dietitian, conducting health workshops, nutrition awareness sessions, and educational programmes for distributors and sales teams
