I am a qualified Clinical Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Food Service Management and Dietetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Science. I have 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition and dietetics, currently working as a Clinical Dietitian and Head of Department (HOD) at Mother Care Hospital, Palakkad. I have experience in patient assessment, therapeutic diet planning, nutritional counselling, and diet management for patients with diabetes, renal, cardiac, and other medical conditions. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their health through personalized nutrition plans and evidence-based dietary guidance. I aim to provide practical, patient-friendly nutrition advice that supports long-term health and well-being.
