Romela Dee Candoliza

I am a registered dietitian from the Philippines with vast exposure to different parts of nutrition. I work in a hospital that focuses on clinical, therapeutic, and food service dietitians following the doctor's prescription, ensuring quality food for each patient with different health issues; moving to public health and community nutrition—I worked in a regional nutrition office for 7 years, a policy and coordinating body on nutrition, that aims to alleviate the different forms of malnutrition across all life stages. Then I started to fall in love with sports nutrition in 2024 since I have been an athlete since I was a kid, and currently I am the sports dietitian or the performance nutrition coach of the Philippine Paddling Federation. I am currently taking a dietitian coaching program.
