As a Clinical Dietitian, I contribute to delivering evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for patients managing acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, renal disease, stroke, and cancer, while empowering individuals toward healthier, sustainable, and informed lifestyle choices. I led the implementation of a hospital-wide memorandum to reinstate the Nutrition Care Process (NCP), ensuring alignment with Department of Health standards and strengthening the delivery of structured nutrition care. I also oversee food service operations, ensuring adherence to HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and dietary standards to promote safe, high-quality patient meals.
