I have provided nutrition counseling for more than 35 years for diverse populations. My practice has covered all life cycles. Most recently, I worked with individuals who were living with HIV. My early career focused on the Maternal and Child Health population. My approach is to work to empower people to become more responsible for their health and to examine what goals they wish to reach and the steps that they would like to take to achieve these goals.
