Chizoba Ojiaka

I am a Licensed Clinical Dietitian with clinical training at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and a strong passion for helping individuals improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. I have experience in nutrition assessment, dietary counselling, nutrition education, therapeutic meal planning, and developing individualized nutrition interventions based on patients’ health needs and lifestyle. My areas of interest include diabetes management, hypertension, cardiovascular health, high cholesterol, weight management, and preventive nutrition. I believe effective nutrition care goes beyond simply telling people what to eat. I focus on understanding each client’s lifestyle, preferences, cultural background, financial considerations, and health goals.
