As a Dietitian I help my patients make informed changes about their diet and well being. I use individualized meal plans for my patients and guide them on the modification of lifestyle and Diet. I educate the patients, caregivers and relatives on the diseases condition and Dietary management of them . I participate in the multidisciplinary team seminars and ward rounds. I take my continuous professional development very serious, because I want to be updated with the lastest research to enable me to be the best Dietitian to my patients.
