Clinical Nutritionist with experience in multidisciplinary healthcare settings, working both online and in person. Specialized in eating behavior, clinical nutrition, obesity, disordered eating, chronic diseases, and sports nutrition. I use an evidence-based approach and work closely with endocrinologists, psychologists, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive and individualized patient care. I began my career working with a professional football team and currently focus on clinical practice, eating behavior, and continuous professional development. I hold a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from UERJ and a specialization in Eating Behavior, with further postgraduate studies in Eating Disorders currently in progress.
