My background includes 25 years of clinical experience working with individuals with chronic health issues. I provide evidence based care for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, PCOS, NAFLD, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia, thyroid health, obesity and weight management using GLP-1 therapy, nutrition care during pregnancy including Gestational Diabetes, GI related issues, FODMAP and Gluten Free diets etc. My approach is patient centric and I believe in empowering them to acheive their health goals by meeting them where they are in their willingness or level of committment to implement lifestyle changes.
