I am a passionatand dedicated Dietitian with a strong background in Nutrition and Dietetics and a deep commitment to helping individuals and communities make healthier, more informed food and lifestyle choices. My approach to nutrition goes beyond simply recommending foods; I believe that effective nutrition care should be practical, evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and tailored to each individual’s needs, lifestyle, health goals, and circumstances. With my academic and professional background in Nutrition and Dietetics, I have developed knowledge and experience in areas such as clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, meal planning, health education, and nutrition counselling. My clinical exposure has strengthened my understanding of the important role nutrition.
