I am a clinical dietician, diabetes educator, and hold a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, with experience supporting people with diabetes, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. My practice is based on nutrition education and the development of sustainable habits through an individualized plan that takes into account each patient’s health status, lifestyle, preferences, needs, and goals. My goal is to provide practical tools that support disease management, improve one’s relationship with food, and contribute to overall well-being, always working in partnership with each patient.
