I have experience working with clients dealing with conditions such as PCOS/PCOD, diabetes, thyroid concerns, obesity, digestive and gut-health issues, women’s health, and postpartum nutrition. My approach focuses on creating practical, personalized nutrition plans that fit each client’s lifestyle, health condition, food preferences, and long-term goals.
