I am an experienced Specialist Diabetes Dietitian and Educator. I have worked in senior management positions, managing multidisciplinary specialist diabetes services in Kensington and Chelsea (Central London) and in Lewisham. I am trained to Masters level in behaviour change counselling. Having also worked ten years in the NHS England National Policy and Strategy for Mental Health, I have a clear and solid understanding of the importance of mental and physical health and how to guide people to balance and attend to both. I have 17years experience in voluntary sector working with people with eating disorders (Binge Eating Disorders, Bulimia and Anorexia)
