I am a Nutrition and Dietetics professional with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and hands-on clinical experience gained through my work at Murtala Muhammed Specialist Hospital. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their health, prevent disease, and achieve sustainable wellness through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions. My areas of interest include weight management, healthy eating, maternal and child nutrition, nutrition education, chronic disease management, and behavior change coaching. I have experience providing nutrition counseling, conducting nutrition assessments, and supporting individuals with nutrition-related conditions through practical and personalized dietary guidance.
