I am a skilled dietitian with over 15 years of dietetic experience. I am a compassionate individual and enjoy working with patients to get their best results based on what is achievable to them. I will tailor my advice according to what the patients requirements are and ensure that all suggestions are individualised, personalised and achievable. I am skilled in motivational interviewing and assisting the patient in achieving their goals by setting small incremental goals to ultimately reach their target. I have a breadth of experience including, GLP-1 weight loss, gastrointestinal dietetics (IBS, IBD), fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, malnutrition, eating disorders and oncology. I am confident in my knowledge in all these areas and always endeavour to stay up to date with the latest research or guidelines to guide my practice.
