I have extensive experience working across primary care, public health, health coaching, behaviour change, and nutrition support services, with a strong focus on supporting people to better understand and manage long-term health conditions through practical, sustainable lifestyle change. In my current role, I manage and deliver a wide range of community and public health programmes aimed at improving outcomes for adults, young people, and families. A significant part of my work focuses on weight management, chronic kidney disease (CKD), diabetes prevention and management, PCOS, hypertension, and nutrition education. I regularly facilitate both one-to-one, group, and online education and coaching sessions, supporting individuals to better understand their conditions, treatment pathways, and the impact of nutrition, physical activity, and behaviour change on long-term health outcomes. I provide personalised lifestyle and nutrition support tailored to individual needs, helping people build realistic, achievable habits that support weight management, blood sugar control, kidney health, hormonal health, and overall wellbeing. My approach is compassionate, person-centred, and focused on empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health while feeling supported and motivated throughout their journey. Alongside programme delivery, I design and develop educational resources, workshop materials, and patient information to ensure complex clinical and public health topics are communicated in a clear, engaging, and accessible way for diverse audiences. I am experienced in translating evidence-based guidance into practical, relatable advice that encourages confidence, self-management, and sustainable behaviour change. My role also involves coordinating projects across multiple workstreams, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and partner organisations to support service development and ensure programmes remain responsive to the needs of local communities.
