Despina Varaklas

As a dynamic Clinical Dietitian for more than 20 years now, I have worked in almost all setting of my profession including clinical settings that helped me get to the position of Director of Nutrition in a major clinical hospital group. I then proceeded to become a freelancer focusing on Patient Approach. My worked focused more on eating disorders, diabetes, cancer, and weight loss/gain, always supporting the patients and clients through the path they need to abide to pull through and reach their goals. My experience covers the US, Europe, and the middle East, working with individuals from different social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. I focus on seeing the person as a whole, and focusing on the person who has the ailment, and not the ailment within the person.
