I am a Dietician, Certified Diabetic Educator, and Obesity Counsellor with a strong commitment to improving health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle management. My primary focus is on providing personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy for individuals with Diabetes, Obesity, PCOS, Thyroid disorders, Fatty Liver, and other lifestyle-related conditions. As a Diabetic Educator, I work to empower patients with the knowledge and skills required for effective blood sugar management, including diet planning, carbohydrate counting, lifestyle modification, and prevention of complications. As an Obesity Counsellor, I help individuals achieve sustainable weight loss through realistic, practical and behavior change counselling rather than restrictive crash diet.
