YASMIN ZYNGER

Nutritionist graduated from the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre (UFCSPA). Between 2017 and 2021, she served as a researcher in a project focused on the Assessment of Food Consumption in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In 2018, she attended the first semester at the University of Porto, Portugal, as an International Academic Mobility student. She has extensive experience in Clinical, Hospital, and Outpatient Nutrition, serving both children and adults, with a special interest in Clinical and School Nutrition. Between 2023 and 2025, she resided in Connecticut, USA, where she expanded her professional expertise at Yale University. During this period, she: Led culinary workshops in English. Participated in advanced coursework and a nutritional education project with a maternal-child focus under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rafael Perez-Escamilla. She also holds a Postgraduate degree in Gastroenterology and Gut Health from Fapes Saúde. Currently, she provides nutritional consultations both online and in-person in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
