Isabella Nazare

I am a Nutritionist graduated from the University of Vale do Paraíba (UNIVAP), with experience in clinical nutrition and practice across different areas, including Hospital Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy. Throughout my academic journey, I developed skills in nutritional assessment, creating individualized meal plans, and patient follow-up, always focusing on promoting health and building a balanced relationship with food. I gained practical experience at Santa Casa Hospital in São José dos Campos, Johnson & Johnson, and Nutricando SJC, where I deepened my knowledge in clinical care and nutritional practice. I believe in a humanized and individualized approach to nutrition, respecting each patient’s lifestyle, needs, and goals. My aim is to provide a welcoming, evidence-based service tailored to each person’s reality, helping to build sustainable and long-lasting healthy habits.
