I am a Postgraduate Dietitian in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics with a strong academic foundation, including being a rank holder in BSc Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from MG University. I am passionate about helping people improve their health through practical and sustainable nutrition guidance. I believe that healthy eating should be simple, balanced, and realistic — not restrictive. My approach focuses on understanding individual needs and creating personalized plans that fit into everyday life. I aim to support, educate, and motivate my clients to build long-term healthy habits with confidence.
