I’m Ana Sofia , a recently graduated dietitian with a background that covers both high-level food policy and hands-on clinical care. I spent my internship in the hospital working across a huge range of services—everything from neurology and neuromuscular rehab to rheumatology, renal health, and pre/post-surgery recovery. I’ve worked with people facing malnutrition, chronic illness, and the challenges of recovering from an AVC. That experience gave me a deep respect for how complex health can be, but it also taught me that nutrition has to be practical and supportive, not just another stressor. My goal is to help you reach your health or sport-specific goals without the rigid "diet" mindset. I’m a big advocate for intuitive eating and building a genuinely good relationship with food. Because of my time at the FAO, I also focus on how we can make our eating habits more environmentally friendly. It’s about finding a way to eat that’s good for your body, your performance, and the planet—without it feeling like a chore.
