About

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN) with a science-driven understanding of human nutrition, gut health, metabolic wellbeing, and food behaviour, combined with a deeply personal connection to the role food plays in everyday life. Over the years, I have not only studied nutrition through my MSc in Nutrition & Food Science and my scientific work in human research, but I have also lived through the emotional ups and downs of understanding my own relationship with food. That journey changed the way I practise. It taught me that nutrition is never just about calories or nutrients—it’s about habits, identity, culture, stress, emotions, and the stories we tell ourselves around food. And now, I bring both scientific expertise and lived experience to support others who want to rebuild trust with their bodies, create sustainable routines, or simply feel healthier in their skin. I specialise in translating the latest evidence-based models—such as behaviour change frameworks, habit formation science, gut–brain axis insights, and personalised nutrition approaches—into practical guidance that people can actually use in real life. Whether someone needs help with weight management, hormonal health, digestive issues, building muscle, improving energy, or simply understanding food better, I provide personalised, compassionate, and realistic nutrition support. My background working in human nutrition research and clinical studies means the advice I offer is grounded in solid science, not trends. I focus on: - Helping people create healthy, sustainable eating patterns, not restrictions. - Improving understanding of gut health, metabolism, and food behaviours. - Guiding individuals through evidence-based strategies that fit their lifestyle, culture, and emotional needs. - Supporting long-term changes using motivational interviewing, reflective practice, and behavioural techniques drawn from current nutrition science. I believe food should never be a source of guilt or confusion. My goal is to give people the knowledge, confidence, and emotional support to build a nourishing relationship with food—one that feels both empowering and enjoyable, every single day. If you are looking for nutrition guidance that is scientifically sound, genuinely personal, and deeply human, I’m here to help.
