My name is Vincent Adocta Awuuh, a dual-registered dietitian and public health nutritionist with more than 13 years of clinical, research, and academic experience. I am a registered dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK and the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Ghana. I have an MPhil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, a BSc in Community Nutrition, and an MSc in Sustainable Food Systems, as well as master's in health education qualifications. I offer evidence-based, person-centred nutrition and dietetic care to adults and the elderly in hospital, community, and care home environments as well as infant and young child feeding. I use the Nutrition Care Process, which consists of an in-depth nutritional assessment, diagnosis and goal-setting, personalised diet planning, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. My areas of practice include supporting individuals with a wide range of nutritional needs, including those related to chronic disease management, maternal and infant nutrition, regenerative health and nutrition principles and diet quality in daily living. I am a team player and a strong customer focused on patient safety, cultural sensitivity, and effective communication. My background in the field of public health nutrition, community-based research, and nutrition education is also comprehensive, and I am determined to apply evidence-based practice to practical, real-life results for my clients.
