I am a qualified and passionate dietitian with a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and community health. Backed by a year of hands-on experience and a six-month internship from RKCH, I have honed my skills in providing evidence-based, practical nutrition counseling for a wide range of health conditions. I am also an active member of the Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN), which helps me stay updated with the latest standards and advancements in the field. Beyond my clinical work, I have designed a comprehensive recipe book featuring healthy, easy-to-prepare, and culturally relevant meal ideas to support sustainable lifestyle changes. I believe food should be enjoyable as well as nourishing, and my recipe book reflects that philosophy. In addition to individual counseling, I have conducted nutrition awareness camps and wellness programs for multinational companies, where I delivered group education and personalized diet solutions to help employees achieve better health outcomes and productivity.
